All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since our laddus are prepared in small batches to maintain freshness and quality, slight preparation time may be required before dispatch.

Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners that provide shipment tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and courier costs. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details.

Order Packaging

We ensure that all products are securely packed to maintain freshness and protect them during transit.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location. Courier partners usually deliver between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, transportation disruptions, or public holidays.

Multiple Orders

If multiple orders are placed separately, they may be shipped individually and separate shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
